We like to build up a good relationship with each of our clients, where we know them and where they know us and trust our approach. This section therefore sets out to give you information about us - our firm, our fee basis, Terms of Business - whatever you want to know about us.
Our staff are friendly and will take the time to help you with your queries. Importantly, we have one of the highest qualified teams in the country, with a high proportion holding Certified and/or Chartered Financial Planning designations.
We encourange you to talk to any of our staff so that you get to know them, and are comfortable, even when your usual contact is on holiday!
We take our Financial Planning responsibilities seriously. As well as aiming to provide you with a Financial Plan of the type you will not have experienced in the past, we also devote time and effort in helping others. Our Managing Director Rebecca Taylor is on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Financial Planning as well as Chairing a branch of the Institute for the East Midlands. The Institute of Financial Planning is a not for profit organisation that promotes Financial Planning as a profession and encourages higher standards to both Financial Advisers as well as the general public.
